Egypt's Dar al-Iftaa Fatwa Monitoring Observatory expressed deep condemnation to a vehicle blast which struck Iraq on Friday.
A vehicle bomb was detonated in the market district of Al-Qaim west of the Anbar province of Iraq، leaving several fatalities.
The Observatory voiced its regret to the terror attack in a statement issued on Saturday. In the statement، the observatory extended condolences to the Iraqi government and to the families of the victims.
It stressed that these coward acts carried out by terrorist groups and organizations، shedding the blood of innocents، and intimidation of civilians represent heinous crimes that contravene the laws، religions and human values.
It added that Dar Iftaa stands by the Iraqi government as well as the battle against terrorism and violence.
