Founder of Microsoft Corporation، Bill Gates، said his company has invested nearly $ 15 billion in the health sector during the last 20 years، praising the efforts of African Union (AU) to promote the Dark Continent.
Gates said during his speech at the 32nd ordinary session of the African Union (AU) conference on Sunday that the investment in the human resource is very important.
Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and African leaders are participating in the conference.
Gates stressed that investment in industry and education is very important، and it is necessary to pay attention to the quality of work by creating systematic programs for people to promote them.
"The AU is capable of accomplishing its great ambitions and reshaping the continent by investing in people،" Gates said.
