The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE ) has issued a statement reveals that Egypt’s exports grew to $ 6.785 billion in the first quarter of the current fiscal year. Revenues of exports increased by some 16% year on year. This sum is compared to $ 5.839 billion in the same period of the previous fiscal year. Volume of exports of fuel and mineral oils hit $ 2.888 billion over the first three months of the standing fiscal year. Value of exports of raw materials such as cooled and stewed vegetables estimated at $ 482.4 million، raw cotton 14.1 million and dried fruits 120.7 million. Exports of cheese and dairy products reached $ 48.7 million. Meanwhile، exports of phosphate fertilizers hit $ 208.4 million.
