President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi will hold a bilateral summit with his Romanian counterpart Klaus Iohannis on the sidelines of the Arab-European Summit in Sharm el-Sheikh between the Arab League and the European Union on Sunday and Monday.
The two leaders will discuss ways of enhancing bilateral relations between the two countries in all fields of mutual concern especially the economy field. They will review the mutual priorities of the two sides in the light of Romania presidency of EU and Egypt's presidency of AU.
Noteworthy، Egypt's president، Abdul Fattah Al-Sisi is set to inaugurate The Arab-European Summit in Sharm al-Sheikh city next Sunday February 24. More than one country has announced its participation in the two-day summit، which is considered an important step to push forward the Arab-European relations to a new level.
The two-day summit will bring together، for the first time، heads of the member states of the Arab League and the European Union. It will be co-chaired by President Sisi and President of European Council Donald Tusk، according to the EU’s statement.
