Mohamed Salah assists in Liverpool’s 4-2 win over Burnley

Egyptian international footballer Mohamed Salah provided an assist during Liverpool’s 4-2 win over Burnley in the English Premier League.

Just six minutes into the game Burnely midfielder Ashley Williams opened the scoring from an outstanding direct corner kick.

In the 14th minutes Firmino’s shot was deflected and went over the crossbar. Five minutes later the Brazilian put the scores back levels following a great Salah cross، according to King Fut.

Then in the 29th minute Sadio Mane’s powerful shot hit the back of the net to put his team in front. 15 minutes before half-time Salah attempted a close range shot but it went wide.

In the 68th minute Burnley goalkeeper failed to properly clear the ball giving to Salah who missed the one on one opportunity. However Firmino got the rebound and scored his side’s third.

Then in the 82nd minute Trent Alexander Arnold made a spot on cross to Mane who missed an open goal. Six minutes later took a shot from inside the penalty area but Heaton managed to save it.

Two minute into additional time Iceland international scored Burnley second goal of the game. One minute later Mane completed his brace by scoring The Reds’ fourth.

Following this win Liverpool still sit second on the league table with 73 points، one behind Manchester City. Their next game will be against Bayern Munich in the Champions League’s round of 16.

Liverpool grabbed a 0-0 draw in their first leg at home against the Bavarians. They will need a win to secure direct qualification to the quarter finals.
