President Abd Al Fattah Al Sisi said on Sunday that The youth forums represent a great chance for the state and the youth to tackle topics and hold discussions. in the opening session of the Arab-African youth forum، the president added that the Youth forums provide a platform among young people to share experiences. The Youth forums have resulted in many benefits for young people to become able to lead the state institutions thanks to the forums، the presidential program for the rehabilitation of young people and the Academy of Youth Rehabilitation، the president assured. The activities of the Arab-African Youth Forum kicked off in Aswan today Saturday. the forum lasts from 16 to 18 March under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi. The second day of the forum includes a round table entitled “ The Nile Valley: the Pathway for Arab-African integration”. Through this round table، the young people are expected to review the real challenges facing Arab and African integration in light of their youthful vision. The Arab African Youth Forum comes in implementation of the recommendations of the World Youth Forum held in November 2018 in Sharm El Sheikh.
At the closing ceremony of the World Youth Forum (WYF)، President Al Sisi announced that Aswan would be the capital for African Youths next year.
The decision was a part of his numerous resolutions and recommendations at the closing of the WYF.
