Rising actress، Engy Wegdan and her son، Ismail، underwent a new photo session taken for an Egyptian magazine، on the occasion of Mother's Day.

This photo session is considered to be Wegdan's first public appearance with her son.

Wegdan’s latest artistic work is TV series “Talaat Rohi” co-starring Nicolas Mouawad، Islam Ibrahim، and directed by Ramy Rizkallah.

TV series “Talaat Rohi”، which premiered recently، is the adaptation of the 2009 American comedy series “Drop Dead Diva”.

Noteworthy، Engy Wegdan is an Egyptian actress and TV presenter. She was born on July 7، 1983. 

She graduated from the American University of Cairo in 2004، with a major in Mass Communication، and a double minor in architecture and theater. 

She began her career teaching English at a language institute but later quit to work as a film editor for Rotana TV channel in 2004. 

Engy left a year later to Dubai، where she continued as a film editor for Dubai's Elwaha Channel، until her return to Cairo the following year. 

Following her return، she edited music video clips such as the song "Try" by Hikmat، as well as advertising work for various ad agencies in Cairo.

Her first appearance as an actress began in 2006، as Dalia، Tamer's sister in the hit TV show "Tamer and Showkeya".

She is most well known for her role as "Arwah"، the rambunctious، quick-witted lawyer in the movie "H. Dabbour." 

She later reprised her role as Arwah in a brief cameo appearance in the movie "Teer Inta".

She known for her roles in 2014 TV series “Saheb El Saada”، in 2013 TV series “bent esmaha Zaat”، in 2013 TV series “Niran Sadeeka”، in 2008 film “H. Dabbour”، and in 2006 sitcom “Tamer and Shawkaya S1”.
