Egypt’s President Abdel-Fattah Al-Sisi has received an invitation from his Mozambican counterpart Filipe Nyusi to attend the US-Africa Business Summit to be held in Maputo in June.
Foreign Minister of Mozambique José Pacheco handed the invitation to Egypt's Deputy Foreign Minister for African Affairs Hamdy Loza in a meeting on Sunday.
The meeting took up bilateral relations and efforts to achieve African economic integration.
Pacheco and Loza also discussed activating an African free trade agreement as well as efforts to achieve security and stability in the continent.
The United States-Africa Business Summit will be held from 18-21 June in Maputo، Mozambique، on the theme "strengthening a resilient and sustainable partnership.
The US-Africa Business Summit will address the rapidly evolving models for business and investment in the continent's most pressing sectors and offer countless opportunities to meet new partners، gather insights، and meet your business development goals.
