Dr Khalid Hanafy، General Secretary of the Federation of Arab Commerce Chambers، said that most Arab countries are suffering from declining the infrastructure. He urges the Arab governments to introduce solutions to those chronic problems of the national economies. He stressed that cooperation between the public and private sectors is right way to support performance of the Arab economies. Dr Hanafy suggests that the Arab governments should enact flexible laws to achieve more development and maximize gains of the non-government companies. He pointed out that transparence and governance are main factors to upgrade the Arab economies. He participated in the Arab Banking Conference held in Beirut، the capital city of Lebanon. High-profile delegations of the Arab countries came to take part in that forum.
