5000 pilgrims pilgrims head to Saudi Arabia on 21 flights today

21 flights will be operated today to Kingdom of Saudi Artabia to carry 5000 pilgrims to perform Umrah.
11 of these flights will be operated by Saudi airlines as 9 flights will be operated to Jeddah and two others to Madinah.
EgyptAir operates 10 flights of them as 6 flights to Jeddah and 4 to Madinah.
It is scheduled that EgyptAir will operate more than 500 flights to KSA
Ii will also operate additional flights from the Egyptian airports of (Cairo airport، Borg El Arab airport and Luxor).

The company will carry 100 thousand pilgrims to Saudi Arabia in this year Umrah season.
Umrah is an Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca، Hijaz، Saudi Arabia، performed by Muslims that can be undertaken at any time of the year، in contrast to the Ḥajj which has specific dates according to the Islamic lunar calendar. In Arabic، ‘Umrah means "to visit a populated place."
