Reports about the prominent actor، Ezzat Abu Ouf death circulated over the past 24 hours.
In a special statement to "Sada El Balad"، Head of the Actors' syndicate، actor Ashraf Zaki denied the circulated news، stating that the actor is still alive and asked his audience to pray for him.
The Head of the Actors' syndicate stated that the news about his death is just a ridiculous rumor، and denounced the rumor and its impact on the artist، his family and his loved ones.
Ezzat Abu Ouf suffered a major health crisis two weeks ago and was admitted to a hospital، and later on، into the ICU after suffering complications in his heart after he underwent a surgery a while ago.
Noteworthy، Ezzat Abu Ouf is an Egyptian actor and musician. He was born in Cairo in 1948.
He is a member of the family of the (performer Ezzat Abu Ouf) which includes three daughters as well.
He has earned a bachelor’s degree in medicine and then became a member of Les Petits Chats band.
Ezzat Abu Ouf joined the Black Coat band and founded with his four sisters، (4M) in the late 1970s، which assumed roles in several theatrical performances which include “Ashra Alla Bab Al Wazeer”..
By the nineties، Abu Ouf launched his acting career with director Khairi Bishara in Ice 1992 film “Ice Cream in Glim” co-starring megastar، Amr Diab.
His sister Maha would later take up acting as a career and after the troupe was disbanded he was free to work on television and cinema projects.
He participated in dozens of films and television series.
Among the acting performances where his talents were most apparent were “Hawanem Garden City”، “Nisf Rabie Al Akhir” and “Ziziniyah”.
He married someone he met outside of the acting industry and were blessed with two children، Kamal and Mariam.
