The Saudi-led coalition confirmed that an attack on Saudi Arabia’s Abha airport took place، adding that 26 people were injured، the state-run Saudi Press Agency reported on Wednesday.

Egypt strongly condemned the missile strike on an airport in southern Saudi Arabia early on Wednesday saying that this attack represents a flagrant violation of all international laws and norms..
Egypt stressed its support for the government and people of Saudi Arabia in confronting any attempt aiming to target its security and stability.
Noteworthy، Yemeni Houthi forces launched a missile strike on an airport in southern Saudi Arabia early on Wednesday which wounded 26 people، the Saudi-led military coalition said، Reuters reported.

The coalition، which has been fighting the Iran-aligned Houthis in Yemen، said it would make a “firm” response.

A coalition statement، carried on Saudi-owned Al Arabiya TV، said a projectile hit the arrivals hall at Abha airport، causing material damage. Three women and two children were among the wounded، who were of Saudi، Yemeni and Indian nationalities، it said.
