Former assistant foreign minister and Vice president of the Egyptian council on African affairs، Ambassador، Salah Halima said that president al-Sisi has developed a comprehensive view to combat corruption within a common regional and international framework.
In televised remarks to “DMC” TV Channel، Halima added that corruption is not just a local phenomena yet a regional and international one.
Moreover، he referred to President al-Sisi word before the inaugural session of the African Anti-corruption forum hosted in Sharm el-Sheikh city، as he emphasized the necessity for deepening international cooperation with key partners of Africa to achieve the desired goals in this regard.
African Anti-Corruption forum (AACF)،resumes on Thursday its activities for the 2nd day in Sharm El-Sheikh city، under the auspices of Egypt’s President، Abdul Fattah Al-Sisi.
Saudi Arabia، the United Arab Emirates، Jordan and Kuwait are guests of honour in the AACF.
\The two-day conference aims at encouraging African countries to adopt policies، programmes and work plans that contribute to the eradication of corruption and to establish a knowledge linkage base between different regions of the continent on the risks of corruption and its severe negative effect on development.
