Deputy Chairman of Sudan's interim military council، Lieutenant General Mohammad Hamdan Daglo (Hamidati)، on Tuesday called for forming technocrat cabinet.
In a speech on Tuesday، Daglo said the army met representatives of "all shades of the Sudanese people،" and accepted the formation of an independent technocrat government to run the country، according to Sky News.
Noteworthy، Chairman of the Sudan's interim military council، Lt. Gen. Abdul-Fattah Al-Burhan left Monday morning to Chad in a brief visit durig which he will meet Chadian president، Idris Deby، according to All African news website.
Lt. Gen Al-Burhan is accompanied by the Secretary-General of the Presidential Palace، Lt. Gen Mohammed Ali Ibrahim، and a number of military leaders.
SUNA notes that the visit of Al-Burhan to Chad is a part of the Council's contacts with the neighboring and regional countries to create the political climate for entering into interim period and smooth move to civil rule in Sudan.
