Kenya national football team arrived in Cairo to prepare for participating in the 2019 African Cup of Nations (AFCON).
Senior officials at Cairo airport received the mission and welcomed them.
Noteworthy، CAF President Ahmad Ahmad signed the contract with EFA President Hany Abu Rida، as the championship scheduled runs from June 21 to July 19.
Sixteen members of the CAF executive office voted for Egypt، while South Africa received a shy vote.
For the first time، twenty four national teams will participate in the tournament.
The African Nations Cup is scheduled to witness the participation of 24 teams in a first-ever event in the history of African football، where participation was always limited to only 16 teams.
