In the framework of Egypt’s keenness to boost relations with African continent countries in various fields، President Al-Sisi is set to meet today، Tuesday heads of African Constitutional and supreme Courts، Presidency spokesman، Ambassador، Bassam Radi stated.
Earlier this month، Egypt has officially taken over the presidency of The African Union for 2019.
Noteworthy، Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly inaugurated on Saturday the third meeting of African constitutional and supreme courts heads، held at the headquarters of Egypt’s Supreme Constitutional Court.
The Prime Minister delivered a speech highlighting that African peoples are looking forward to the outcomes of the meeting in terms of taking effective measures that would eliminate obstacles hindering satisfactory and fast judicial processes.
Madbouly called for taking maximum advantage of information and telecommunication technology in order to acquire legal documented information that would support the performance of the judiciary and facilitate legislative reform. He urged the continuous training of judges and workers in the judicial authorities of African countries.
The three-day conference is attended by delegations from 45 African countries representing their constitutional and supreme courts.
