President Abd Al Fattah Al Sisi congratulated on Tuesday the Egyptian communities abroad on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr.
Noteworthy، Eid El-Fitr is a three-day religious holiday، where Muslims around the globe celebrates it، marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
Ahead of Eid Al-Fitr، the Egyptian government has intensified its preparations by declaring a state of emergency in various sectors، facilities and archaeological sites.

The Islamic Eid al-Fitr (the feast to break the fast\ Lesser Bairam)، comes at the end of Ramadan to end a 30-day obligatory ritual of fasting from sunrise to sunset.

The process of determining the beginning and end of the 12 lunar months in the 354-day Islamic calendar relies both on astronomical calculations and the traditional sighting of the moon.
